We are looking for an experience PCB Manager to manage PCB team of 20 to 25 engineers. Should have experience in high-speed board design based on Xilinx FPGA / Freescalemicroprocessor / Intel microprocessor. Knowledge of latest FPGA and different board architecture is an added advantage. Should have experience in all stages of PCB design – Library creation, understanding or mechanical drawing, PCB design, Fabrication process and testing. Proficient in Allegro PCB tool, PADS PCB tool and Orcad schematic tool

• Experience in PCB Layout designs using Cadence and Mentor graphics PADs design tool
• Expertise in PCB Footprint and Symbol creation. Ownership for library, multilayer
• PCB Layout, CAM and Gerber release
• Understanding of Thermal design and Signal integrity
• Expertise in High Speed, Mixed signal design, Power board and RF board.
• Basic knowledge on mechanical design tool like AUTO CAD, Solid works
• CAM validations and interact with manufacturer and assembly unit for any suggestions/clarifications.

Job Description:

• PCB Designing and related Activities. (Allegro)
• Power Supply Layout
• High Speed Digital design layout. Exposure to High-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, DDR3 etc.
• Understanding and coming up with PCB Stack up
• Knowledge of Signal and Power Integrity fundamentals.
• Understanding of functionality of different IOs.
• Footprint Creation Gerber Verification.
• Ensuring quality of release of Gerber, Bill of Material, and drawings.
• Generate and maintain PCB specifications.
• Ensure PCBs are Designed for Manufacturability and Testing.
• Support PCB Engineer on Technical queries regarding PCB Designing Tool
