Location: Morristown, NJEmployment Type: Full-TimeAn established Construction Management and Design-Build firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential construction projects. This position is based out of Morristown, NJ.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction, mixed-use developments, or large-scale residential projects, with experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.ResponsibilitiesManage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams throughout the design and construction process.Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.Monitor project costs, forecasting, billing, and financial performance.Coordinate design development, value engineering, permitting, and construction activities.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Qualifications5+ years of construction project management experience with a Construction Management, Design-Build, or General Contracting firm.Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential or mixed-use construction projects.Strong understanding of preconstruction, design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Long-term career growth opportunities. xzbcwsv Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for a confidential conversation regarding the opportunity.
