Monitor medication therapies and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active pharmacist license in good standing, required. Previous experience in long-term care or mail-order pharmacy settings is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
