Inaara Neo Foods is building India's first farm-to-formulation platform for plant derived functional nutrients for everyday food by partnering with F& B companies (domestic as well as exports) to develop scalable, clean-label and commercially viable food solutions. Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts Experience in financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, negotiations, audit, taxation, compliance, working capital and cash-flow management Strong business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving skills High ownership, execution orientation and ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving business environment

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accounting & Controls

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS. Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs

2) Audit, Tax & Compliance

Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, Companies Act requirements, secretarial sand other applicable regulations

3) Treasury

Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital requirements Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, and treasury activities

4) Procurement & Cost Management

Support vendor evaluation and commercial negotiations from a financial and risk perspective. Monitor purchase price variances, material costs, and other key procurement-related financial metrics.
