Role Description

We're looking for an experienced BIM Architect with 3–5 years of hands-on Revit experience to join our production team. You'll work on live architectural and structural projects with site locations across the USA and Europe delivering coordinated BIM models, construction documentation, and drawing sets to international standards.

This is a technical production and coordination role. We want someone who takes pride in model quality, understands construction sequencing, and can work independently on complex documentation.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, up to LOD 350 Create and maintain Revit parametric families in line with project and client standards Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and full construction documentation packages Implement and uphold company BIM standards, workflows, and modeling best practices Conduct model reviews and perform QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy and coordination Coordinate Architectural and Structural models with internal teams and external project stakeholders Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies Raise RFIs where clarification is required and manage responses within project timelines Produce and manage 2 D CAD drawings and sheet sets using Auto CAD Prepare detailed architectural and structural documentation with proper annotation and coordination

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch or equivalent) 3–5 years of experience in BIM production with strong Autodesk Revit proficiency (Architecture & Structure) Demonstrated experience delivering BIM models up to LOD 350 Experience working on Point Cloud-based BIM projects is a strong advantage Solid understanding of BIM standards, modeling workflows, and construction documentation Experience with QA/QC procedures and model validation Excellent 2 D drafting and sheet setup skills in Auto CAD Strong grasp of architectural and structural construction drawings Ability to independently review technical drawings and specifications Good written English communication for direct coordination with international teams
