Position Overview:

We are seeking an Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day city operations, coordinate with internal teams and hospital partners, oversee admissions and discharges, handle escalations, and maintain operational data.

The role requires strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● City Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day city operations, ensuring smooth admission, discharge, and escalation management.

● Data & MIS Management: Maintain reconciliation and recovery data, prepare operational reports, and analyse performance using advanced Excel.

● Ground Operations Management: Train, mentor, and manage the ground operations team to ensure efficient execution and service quality.

● Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and improve service delivery.

● Issue Resolution & Process Compliance: Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and quality standards.
