Job Description.

What You'll Do:

Network Architecture & Engineering

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, internet, and cloud networking solutions. Lead network modernization initiatives that improve reliability, performance, scalability, and security. Develop and maintain network standards, reference architectures, and engineering best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to support business objectives. Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless connectivity between data centers, offices, cloud platforms, and third-party services.

Operations & Reliability

Provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents and escalations. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network performance, availability, and security events. Monitor network capacity, utilization, and performance trends to proactively address service risks. Participate in a scheduled 24x7 on-call rotation and major incident response activities. Ensure network services meet established availability and performance objectives.
