Title: AI Adoption & HR/ Change Management/ Workforce Transformation Consultant Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore JOB SUMMARY AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation – plays a critical role in helping organisations reimagine the future of work through the application of agentic AI. This role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise. Blending expertise from change management, learning, communications, and transformation, the AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation Senior Manager will design and
