Staff Engineer, UKG WFM Integration Developer

Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 6+ years Strong experience in UKG integration design and implementation UKG Integration Certification (Mandatory) Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects. Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms such as Boomi , SFTP, CSV/XML, and file-based integrations, EDI integrations and carrier connectivity. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations, UKG Ready integrations , NetSuite, ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA integrations Good understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals modules Strong knowledge of Data mapping and transformation, Validation and reconciliation techniques, Integration monitoring and troubleshooting Experience with benefits integrations, Beacon, and Ev
