Daraz-Linehaul Planning Lead-Logistics

• 1、Lead the end-to-end linehaul network planning and optimization Daraz logistics operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service reliability, and scalability.
• 2、Design and implement strategic transportation plans across key trade lanes based on volume forecasts, service level agreements, and capacity constraints.
• 3、Collaborate with cross functional departments to align linehaul strategies with commercial growth plans and seasonal demand fluctuations.
• 4、Develop dynamic routing and scheduling models using data analytics and optimization tools to improve asset utilization, and reduce transit times.
• 5、Partner with carriers, 3PLs, and internal operations teams to execute plans, monitor KPIs (Transit compliance, cost per parcel), and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Position Requirement

• 1、Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or large-scale e-commerce supply chain planning.
• 3、Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in tools such as SQL, or AI.
• 4、Deep understanding of global trade compliance, carrier management, and multimodal transportation economics.
• 5、Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
