Morpho Dimensions is expanding its Design & Build – Corporate Interiors & Fit-Out business and we're looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can build strong client relationships and drive quality business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development for Corporate Interior & Design-Build projects Generate and qualify leads through corporate networks, consultants, architects, IPCs and referrals Develop relationships with CXOs, Facility/Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Workplace & Real Estate teams Identify upcoming office fit-out, expansion, relocation and renovation projects Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial negotiations and closures Work closely with Design, Estimation, Procurement & Projects teams to develop winning proposals Own the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure Build a strong and sustainable project pipeline Drive profitable business growth, not just topline revenue Develop existing accounts and generate repeat businessWhat We're Looking For
6–12 years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience
Experience in Corporate Interiors / Commercial Fit-Out / Design & Build / Workplace Solutions / Construction
Strong corporate client and consultant network
Proven track record of B2 B project closures
Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify genuine, viable opportunities
Self-driven, target-oriented and strong in client acquisition
