Role Mission

We are seeking a Head of Finance & Capital Strategy to architect and control the capital engine of SMB.

This is not a reporting or compliance role.

This is a mission-critical leadership position responsible for designing how capital flows, survives, and scales within a uniquely complex operating model.

You will directly influence:

Cash survival & liquidity stability

Working capital efficiency

Growth feasibility & velocity

Unit economics integrity

Funding & debt strategy

Capital & Liquidity Architecture

• Design forward-looking cash flow systems

• Anticipate capital stress under growth

• Build liquidity buffers & resilience mechanisms

Working Capital & Cash Cycle Strategy

• Engineer efficient cash conversion cycles

• Align inventory, payables & receivables dynamics

• Prevent growth-induced capital distortion

• Partner deeply with operations & distribution

Unit Economics & Margin Intelligence

• Protect contribution margins

• Detect cost leakage & margin erosion early

• Build sensitivity & scenario models

• Quantify strategic trade-offs

Debt & Funding Strategy

• Structure working capital lines & instruments

• Engage lenders & capital providers

• Optimize cost of capital decisions

• Support future fundraising processes

Scenario & Downside Modelling

• Stress-test business assumptions

• Evaluate policy & subsidy timing risks

• Build investor-grade financial intelligence

• Enable rational decision-making under uncertainty
