Communication trainer

What does a day-to-day look like in this role?
Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on:
● Verbal & non-verbal communication
● Business & professional communication
● Public speaking, presentations, and group discussions
● Interpersonal communication & workplace etiquette
● Train students across diverse proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
● Use activity-based, experiential learning methods (role plays, simulations, debates).
Student Mentoring & Feedback
● Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
● Coach students for interviews, GDs, presentations, and campus placements.
● Support students in overcoming stage fear and communication anxiety.
Assessment & Progress Tracking
● Conduct regular assessments in the class to assess the learning progress.
● Track student progress and share structured feedback with academic teams.
● Maintain basic training records and progress on learning outcomes.
