Job Description

Competencies 2-5 years experience with oilfield produced (recycled) water preferred

2-5 years experience in the field of Health, Safety, & Environmental Management required

Certification in health, safety, & environmental discipline preferred (CSP, ASP, SHEP, CSHO, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Office products required

HSE Coordinator duties include:

Help guide the creation and enforcement of a culture of safety within the organizationFacilitate Implementation of programs, policies, and assessments to ensure the company is in compliance with all federal and internal health and safety rulesAct as subject matter expert in the transfer and handling of produced water to ensure compliance with client, state, and federal policyAssist in developing site-specific safety, occupational health, and environmental policies and proceduresPerform regular inspections of work locations and mitigate concernsAssist in programmed audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to further continuous improvementPrepare various reports and analyses for management review as assignedAdminister new hire orientation, various routine trainings, and safety meetings as necessaryProvide overnight and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis
