Sunnyside Music Festival is a nonprofit organization that builds community through a free, family-friendly music festival.
Proceeds from our event support youth music programs across North Denver through our small grants program.
As an entirely volunteer-run organization, the Sunnyside Music Festival is seeking new working board members to join our team.
It's a great way to give back to your community and stay connected to the businesses, schools, artists, and musicians that make it so unique.

We’re Looking for Those Who
Are excited about community, creativity, and collaborationHave experience or interest in-live events-grant writing-talent relations-sponsorship/fundraising-marketing/design-event production-community outreachWant to help grow and enrich the Sunnyside Music Festival
Board Member Commitment
Term Length: 3 yearsTerm Begins: January 2027Attend monthly board meetings, typically 6-9pm the first Wednesday of the monthServe on 3-4 committees:-Sponsorship, Marketing, Merchandise, Kids Area, Volunteer Coordination, Sustainability, Music, Grants-Committees meet 1-2x/month depending on the time of yearContribute approximately 10-20 hours/month (varies seasonally)Commit to working the entire day of the festival, Saturday, September 11, 2027$200 annual dues
