Job Description
LampHouse is seeking a full time Producer to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. Working closely with the creative team, clients, cast, and crew, the Producer will manage budgets, schedules, logistics, and production details to make sure the creative vision is realized successfully. The role requires strong organization, communication, leadership, and creative problem solving skills, while managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Orchestrating the logistics of commercial film productionsStrategizing with the creative team to make a project a realityCreating and managing project budgetsCreating and managing production schedulesLining up and communicating with cast and crewCommunicating with clients and other stakeholdersDriving organizational systems, and advising & implementing improvement to those systems
