Role Overview Department: IPR Business Unit: R&D Location: Dholka Designation: AGM Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team and drive overall patent strategy. Provide IP support to API, NCE, Formulation, NDDS, Biotech, New Product Development (NPD), Marketing, Business teams, Cadila subsidiaries, and research collaborators. Review patent literature and develop ANDA filing strategies for selected products. Support New Product Selection activities by analyzing granted patents and patent applications. Ensure the Freedom to Operate (FTO) for Cadila's API, NCE, and Formulation products across various global markets.
