APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with a growing personal injury law firm in Chicago, Illinois to add an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to their team. This attorney will independently manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for negotiation and litigation. What your day will look like:Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolutionAdvocate for injured clients and pursue fair compensation on their behalfConduct legal research and analyze case-related issuesDraft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documentsPrepare cases for negotiation and litigationMaintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the legal processCollaborate with legal professionals while taking ownership of assigned casesMonitor case progress, deadlines, documentation, and other case management responsibilities
What we are looking for:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive admission to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standingPrior experience handling personal injury casesStrong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processesExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and case management abilitiesAbility to independently manage multiple cases and prioritiesStrong commitment to client advocacy and providing exceptional legal representationProfessional, collaborative, and client-focused approach
