We're partnering with a high-growth global organization seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help modernize Finance operations through AI, automation, and process transformation.What You'll DoIdentify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable solutions using AI and automation.Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions.Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence.Develop business cases, executive presentations, and change management strategies to drive adoption.What We're Looking For5-8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, low-code, or workflow solutions in a business environment.Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions.Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.Ideal BackgroundsFinance Transformation ConsultantBig 4 Advisory (Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory)Finance Systems Analyst or ManagerDigital Transformation ConsultantBusiness Process Improvement LeadERP or Finance Systems Implementation ConsultantPreferred ExperienceAccounting, FP&A, Treasury, or broader Finance Operations exposure.Finance systems and ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar.Experience within fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or other complex environments.What This Role Is NotThis is not a traditional Accounting or FP&A role, and it's not a software engineering position.
