This role is built for marketing and communications graduates who want hands-on experience executing live promotional campaigns — not sitting behind a desk updating spreadsheets.You will be out in the field every day — running live in-person events, engaging consumers face-to-face, and representing our clients' brands with strategy and purpose.No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.What You Will DoExecute live in-person promotional events and retail activations throughout Zionsville on behalf of our clientsDevelop and deliver consistent on-brand marketing communications messaging directly to consumers face-to-faceSupport pre and post event outreach efforts to maximize campaign awareness and consumer engagementTrack campaign performance metrics, consumer interactions, and daily results accuratelyCollaborate with senior team members to refine messaging strategy and improve campaign effectivenessGrow into a senior marketing or leadership role based on your performance and resultsWhat We Are Looking ForDegree or current enrollment in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field — preferred not requiredStrong verbal communication skills and genuine comfort engaging with people face-to-face every daySelf-motivated, analytical, and collaborative team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced in-person field environment at live eventsReliable transportation for daily travel to event locations throughout IndianapolisMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust live in Indianapolis, Zionsville, or surrounding areas.What You Will Earn$800–$1,200 per week based on performance, paid every weekPerformance bonuses on top of weekly earningsFull paid training from day oneClear path to senior marketing and leadership roles$800–$1,200 reflects average weekly earnings based on performance.
