We are currently searching for the position of Holiday Sales Manager in a NBFC Firm.

Locations : Hyderabad, Visakhapattanam, Chennai, Madurai, Trivandrum/Kollam, Calicut/Kannur

Job Type: Full-time

Package: 5 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs per annum

Position Description:

Holiday Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Holidays business across their assigned

Zone. They will be leading the local sales team, develop strong retail and corporate client

relationships and work closely with the Central Product Team to deliver competitive, customer-

centric Holiday solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Team to enhance Holiday offerings and drive sustainable

business growth in the Zone.

Ensure maximum lead-to-booking conversion at the branch level through effective customer

engagement, timely follow-ups and consistent lead tracking by branches.

Monitor daily sales performance of the Zone and implement timely corrective actions to

ensure target achievement.

Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions and promotional events to strengthen

Brand visibility.

Drive lead generation through Holiday expos, Promotional campaigns and local marketing

initiatives.

Identify emerging market opportunities and develop Holiday segments tailored to the needs

of different customer groups.

Requirements:

Thorough product knowledge, strong market awareness and sound technical understanding

of the Travel & Holidays business.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling similar position with reputed companies

Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in travel & tourism)

Candidate should possess a valid IATA certification. Hands-on expertise in CRS/GDS

applications such as Galileo, Amadeus, etc. will be an added advantage.
