How can you make an Impact? Develop and review concept, schematic & design-development drawings, including site layouts, architectural plans, parking and interiors. Optimize designs for
functionality, saleability, compliance and design intent. Coordinate with architects, consultants, interior designers, vendors and project teams for seamless design integration. Review GFC drawings and provide timely design clarifications to engineering/project teams. Coordinate sanction drawings and provide architectural inputs for
RERA, MOEF & other statutory approvals/NOCs. Conduct site inspections, mock-up reviews and material/sample approvals to ensure design and quality standards
What are we looking for?
B. Arch
with
10+ years of experience
in architectural design and coordination, preferably with a reputed architectural consultancy or real estate developer. Strong experience in
large residential/group housing projects , preferably across multiple locations. Sound understanding of
building bye-laws, planning parameters, area calculations and statutory requirements . Strong
design and technical knowledge , with the ability to address design and site-related concerns. Experience in coordinating with
Design Consultants, Engineering/Projects, Sales and Maintenance teams . Ability to
lead and manage a team of architects
and work closely with senior leadership. Good understanding of
materials, vendors and budgetary pricing
relevant to architectural works.
