Our client is seeking a motivated Territory Development Representative (TDR) to support territory growth of product lines by partnering directly with an assigned SurgicalSales Manager (SSM).
This is an entry-to-early-career field sales role designed to build a strongfoundation in clinical medical device selling, with a defined path to promotion into a full SSM territory.
This role is being piloted in the Miami territory, partnering with the current SSM to help capture opportunity volume that exceeds what a single territory owner can pursue alone. The TDR will report directly to the Sales Director, with a dotted line along with additional coaching and oversight from the Surgical Sales Manager. xzbcwsv As the TDR develops territory ownership skills and clinical fluency, the role is expected to grow.
This role DOES require at least 1-2 years of previous Outside Sales experience within the Medical Device field, ideally in the OR.
