Our projects span data centres, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics and other technically demanding sectors. We are committed to safety, quality and reliable project delivery.
About the Role
We are seeking an electrically focused, technically strong Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities on a large-scale mission-critical data centre project in Indianapolis. The successful candidate must bring substantial electrical field experience alongside proven subcontractor and site leadership. This is not a general superintendent or primarily QA/QC oversight role. You will supervise power distribution and critical electrical infrastructure from installation through testing, safe energisation and commissioning, while coordinating closely with mechanical, cooling, fire protection and other project teams.

Understand the purpose, risks and results of testing, even where specialist personnel perform the tests.CommissioningWork with electrical subcontractors, commissioning agents, engineers and client teams through start-up, functional testing, integrated systems testing and close-out of electrical issues.MEP interfacesCoordinate electrical installation with data centre cooling systems, including fan coil walls / air-handling systems, and fire detection and sprinkler infrastructure.
