Position: Switch and implementation- L2 support

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Position is for an MNC (L2 support engineer for Switch and implementations)

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support and maintenance for switch systems, with preference for candidates experienced in Postilion Switch
• • Manage and perform of DR drill activities
• . • Should know NDC/DDC message protocols effectively
• • Work with Visa VTS Simulator and MasterCard Debit & Credit Simulators (MDS & MAS), BOSS NPCI simulator
• • Demonstrate strong understanding of ISO 8583 message formats, including versions 1987 and 1993
• • Coordinate with vendors and users for certifications, patch testing, and implementation
• • Ensure 24x7 system uptime, document and track all incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• • Manage the changes and migration of changes to production system
• • Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• • Conduct audit and control reviews to ensure compliance with organizational processes and procedures
• • House keeping of DB

Preferred Skills

• • Minimum 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
• • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• • Excellent communication and coordination skills
• • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
• • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
• • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or prior experience in the Payment domain is highly desirable
• • Should have SQL very good knowledge
