Inside Sales Representative Location: Elgin, IL Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 + monthly bonus potential Overview Our client, a leading metals processor and distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer accounts, quotations, order processing, and sales activities. This role works closely with customers, sales leadership, operations, and quality teams to ensure accurate quoting, timely order entry, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and RFQs Prepare and process quotations based on customer requirements Communicate with customers to clarify specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements Review purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Enter and acknowledge customer orders in the ERP system
