Deputy Manager – Branch Sales | Personal Loans

We are hiring a target-driven Sales professional for Personal Loan sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan sales through customer acquisition and lead conversion.
• Generate leads through field visits, references and assigned leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in field sales, relationship management, retail sales, insurance, telecom, automobile, consumer finance or other target-based sales is relevant.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and sales targets.
• Willing to build a career in Personal Loan sales .
• Prior Personal Loan experience is not mandatory.
