This isn't your typical warehouse setting. You'll work in a new, exceptionally clean pharmacy fulfillment facility designed specifically to support safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing. You'll collaborate with pharmacy technicians and leadership while focusing on prescription verification, quality assurance, compliance, and pharmacy operations.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacist with CareTria, you'll play an important role in maintaining the safety, accuracy, and quality of pharmacy fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include:

• Perform PV2 verification of prescriptions and support accurate medication dispensing
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of dispensed medications and packaging processes
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians and Fulfillment Leadership to maintain effective workflows, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
• Help ensure compliance with applicable DEA, FDA, NABP, URAC, Board of Pharmacy, and accreditation standards
• Maintain appropriate prescription records, SOPs, compliance logs, and other pharmacy documentation
• Support training and development of pharmacy personnel as needed
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections
• Identify and escalate operational or compliance concerns
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across pharmacy fulfillment operations

What You'll Need

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in at least one of the following states: Indiana, Kentucky, or Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Experience

• Fulfillment or production pharmacy experience
• PV2 prescription verification
• Pharmacy automation and inventory systems
• Multiple state pharmacist licenses
• Pharmacy management software

Work Environment

This is a 100% onsite position in Charlestown, Indiana within CareTria's new pharmacy fulfillment facility.

The position may require prolonged periods of standing or sitting, reaching and handling materials, and lifting, carrying, or moving up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
