Sales Operations Manager

Sales Operations Manager Sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing — owning the systems, data, and process discipline that turn pipeline into predictable revenue and a seamless customer journey. RESPONSIBILITIES — Support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and improving deal conversions — Work alongside sales representatives on pipeline movement, follow-ups, and deal progression — Own and manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and revenue — Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement improvements to increase efficiency — Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and onboarding handover — Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle — from lead generation to retention — Ensure alignment between sales execution and backend processes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR — 2-3years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, operations, or related roles — Hands-on experience supporting sales cycles, client interactions, or deal execution — Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data — Ability to work closely with sales teams and drive execution — Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills — High ownership mindset and attention to detail WHAT WE OFFER ◆ Competitive base ◆ Direct access to founders, product roadmap and sales strategy ◆ Work with a product with clear use-case fit and proven ROI ◆ Growing demand and strong career trajectory
