We're looking for someone who is as passionate about automobiles as we are—someone who understands the industry, appreciates great design, and enjoys building meaningful business relationships.

What You'll Do

• Drive business growth for our Automotive Design division in India and overseas.
• Identify new opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV companies, and mobility startups.
• Build lasting relationships with leaders across design, engineering, and product teams.
• Present Desmania's capabilities and collaborate with our design team on winning proposals.
• Represent Desmania at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Keep track of automotive trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership to expand our global footprint.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in automotive business development, strategic marketing, consulting, or product planning.
• Good understanding of automotive design, styling, product development, or engineering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• A self-driven professional with a passion for automobiles and innovation.
• Willingness to travel within India and internationally.

Bonus Points

• Experience with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV startups, or automotive design consultancies.
• Exposure to styling, CAS, prototyping, UX/HMI, or vehicle development.
• Strong network within the automotive and mobility ecosystem.
