What You'll Do Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, and related transactional documents. Manage the full lifecycle of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing transactions, including closings. Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, and estoppels. Resolve title and survey objections, and coordinate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel. Prepare closing checklists, settlement statements, and post-closing deliverables. Advise clients on deal structure, risk allocation, and practical business considerations. Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior associates as appropriate.
