All key services are managed in-house, including decor, guest management, transportation, invites, catering, and entertainment. The company also features dedicated wedding professionals such as mehendi artists, bridal makeup and hair specialists, photographers, videographers, and gifting experts. This integrated model allows Panigrahana Weddings to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences for clients.
Role Description The Wedding Designer will work full time on-site in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with clients to conceptualize and execute customized wedding themes and decor. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating mood boards, selecting color palettes, coordinating floral arrangements, and planning layout for venues and stages. The role involves working with in-house vendors and creative teams to ensure alignment between decor, photography, entertainment, catering, and guest experiences. The Wedding Designer will attend client meetings, site visits, and rehearsals, manage timelines and budgets, and provide on-the-day coordination for visual elements. The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, aligned with event schedules.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Photography and Photo Research skills to curate visual references and document events effectively.
• Candidates should possess Image Editing and Photo Retouching skills to refine visual assets for client presentations and final deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Video Editing skills to support highlight reels, trailers, and visual storytelling for weddings.
• Experience in event or wedding design, interior decor, or visual merchandising is highly beneficial.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate client preferences into cohesive design concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight timelines, and remain flexible with schedules, including weekends and late hours.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic knowledge of event production logistics is an advantage.
• Relevant education in design, fine arts, photography, event management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio evidence.
