Job Overview:
This role is a part of LPLs Client Success organization, a growing team within LPL Financial . As part of the Client Success team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPLs mission: We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.
We are seeking an Acquired Brands Marketing Manager to support the Director of Acquired Brands Marketing in driving marketing initiatives across acquired brands and affiliated advisor practices. This role is based in the Lakeland, FL area and is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing programs for assigned advisors and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, strong advisor service, and alignment with established brand and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with well-rounded marketing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to build relationships across advisors, business leaders, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders. This individual is comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives independently while collaborating with the Director on broader strategy and priorities. They possess strong communication and collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations & Analytics Management: Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, databases, project plans, and reporting tools to support efficient execution. Track campaign performance, advisor engagement, website metrics, and other key data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance Governance: Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials, websites, social media content, and related assets. Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, established processes, and policy updates.
- Promotional Merchandise Program Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the acquired brands promotional merchandise program, including a portfolio of 100+ branded items, inventory oversight, vendor coordination, promotional planning, and administration of The Store online ordering platform. Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient program execution from the Lakeland, FL office.
- Print Production Management: Manage branded print materials and inventory across acquired brands and locations. Coordinate with print vendors and production partners on planning, proofing, approvals, fulfillment, and distribution to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Advisor Marketing Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned advisors, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals. Support and execute marketing programs across digital, print, email, social media, advertising, podcasts, and promotions. Manage campaign execution, track results, and identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance and the advisor experience.
- Brand Marketing Support: Partner with the Director of Acquired Brands Marketing to increase the visibility and growth of acquired brands through integrated marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging and brand execution while preserving each brand's unique identity. Monitor performance and recommend improvements to strengthen awareness and engagement.
- Rebrand Initiatives: Support advisor team rebranding efforts, including naming, logo development, brand identity updates, and multi-channel communications across print, digital, and video platforms.
- Podcast Development & Production: Oversee advisor podcast programs from planning through publication. Coordinate with advisors, producers, and internal teams on scheduling, compliance reviews, publishing, and performance tracking, supporting the delivery of 45-50 episodes annually. Provide periodic onsite support at the Lakeland, FL studio.
- Event Marketing Coordination: Assist with planning and executing advisor and client events in the Lakeland, FL area, including promotion, logistics, vendor management, attendee communications, onsite support, and post-event feedback.
- Vendor Management: Partner with the Director of Acquired Brands Marketing to manage relationships with agencies, website providers, printers, photographers, videographers, promotional merchandise vendors, and other external partners. Ensure quality work, operational efficiency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enhance advisor and stakeholder experiences. Support operational excellence and marketing best practices.
- Team Contribution: Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and other evolving business priorities as assigned.

Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, agency, or financial services marketing.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or commensurate work experience.
- Ability to work onsite from the Allen & Company Lakeland, FL office on a regular basis, including a designated number of days per month.
- 2+ years experience with Constant Contact or a comparable email marketing platform, Smartsheet, Box, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and similar marketing and project management tools.
- 2+ years experience with common software packages, social media platforms, mail platforms, task management software, and database management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours or to travel, as needed.

Pay Range:
$76,838.00 - $128,132.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
