A well established privately owned organization is looking for an accounting manager to help lead the monthly close process and financial statement integrity for a growing, multi entity business. This is a highly visible role with real ownership over reporting and budgeting, plus the chance to help modernize processes as the organization scales.
What You'll Do• Own the monthly close process and the preparation of accurate financial statements• Consolidate financials and prepare executive reporting packages• Drive the annual budgeting process and partner with department leadership on variance analysis• Manage and develop a small team
What We're Looking For• 5+ years xzbcwsv of accounting or finance experience, ideally including public accounting• Prior supervisory experience• Strong understanding of GAAP and hands on Excel skills• A proactive, curious mindset and comfort operating in a fast evolving environment
