BIM Coordinator ELV
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – ELV to support the design and delivery of ELV systems for commercial and residential building projects . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD , with primary expertise in CCTV and Fire Alarm systems , along with experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop ELV BIM models for commercial and residential building projects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed CCTV and Fire Alarm models using Revit .
- Prepare ELV drawings and layouts using AutoCAD .
- Coordinate ELV services with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using BIM coordination tools.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure proper BIM standards, naming conventions, model organization and LOD requirements are followed.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, details and coordinated drawings .
- Identify and resolve design/modeling issues in coordination with project teams.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary clashes.
- Support the BIM Manager/Lead in maintaining project BIM deliverables and documentation.

Required Skills
- Revit – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Strong experience in CCTV and Fire Alarm systems
- Good understanding of ELV design, modeling and coordination
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Understanding of commercial and residential building projects
- Good knowledge of MEP/ELV coordination workflows
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications and layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering discipline .
