About the role :

We are looking for smart, confident, presentable and result-oriented Study Abroad Counselors to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their academic and career aspirations, recommending suitable study-abroad destinations and programs, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

This is a B2C-focused, target-driven sales role , requiring strong communication, consultative selling and excellent student-handling skills.

Exp : 2 Years to 6 Years

Location : Lower Parel

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses and admission processes.
• Handle B2C leads through calls, online consultations and face-to-face counselling.
• Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, budgets and preferences to recommend suitable destinations and programs.
• Mandatory regional knowledge of the assigned destination: USA OR UK (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands) .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Smart, confident and professionally presentable.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
