This unique role offers hands-on leadership in a small, collaborative team environment with the opportunity to shape the business and eventually own a stake in the pharmacy. Location: Glendale, AZ (Arcadia/Phoenix area) Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage pharmacy operations and staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician Oversee compounding processes, workflow optimization, inventory control, and regulatory compliance Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and business growth Drive operational performance and contribute to strategic decision-making Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one Proven leadership and excellent communication skills Experience in compounding and working within an independent pharmacy setting preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear interest in business ownership and growth Benefits and Opportunities: Competitive salary with a starting rate of approximately $150,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off Contract to hire assignment with an initial three-month contract period Exceptional long-term opportunity to purchase a minority ownership interest with potential for increased equity over time This position suits a pharmacist seeking more than a traditional rolea chance to actively build and grow a thriving pharmacy business.
