We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing office and work closely with our U. S.-based staff and partners.

Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth and managing operations. You will play a key role in supporting our U. S. operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to building strong client relationships and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients and third party service providers. Bridge communication between subject matter experts (SMEs), U. S. teams, and clients to ensure clarity and timely delivery. Participate in requirements gathering and kickoff meetings. Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule. Resolve client issues proactively and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, ideally with international exposure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours (to align with U. S. time zones). Experience with international project coordination is a plus.
