Compensation: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
• Prepare schematic designs, detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
• Review and finalize material selections, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.
• Mentor Junior Architects and support the design team.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory) .
• Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office .
• Excellent architectural planning, space planning, and technical detailing skills.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture ( B.Arch ) from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior projects is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, planning, technical drawings, and completed projects is mandatory.
