About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementations, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define and implement business requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration services.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor development team members and participate in client interactions, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration Services, Salesforce Administration, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Ability to lead technical implementations, mentor team members, and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance, scalability, coding standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
