Growing Real Estate Asset Manager in Stamford seeks Property Accountant to join a lean team, reporting to the CFO. This is a newly created role due to growth.

This role sits in Stamford 4 days/week.

$80-90k base salary + $10-15k bonus

Responsibilities include:

-Financial statement prep for real estate properties

-Month end, year end closing

-Handling leases, rent payments, accruals, etc.

-Processing AP and AR

-Working with property management and finance teams with other accounting tasks

Qualifications:

-Real Estate Accounting experience, minimum 2 years

-Yardi preferred
