Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Development Conceptualize and design collections for Skyria (Activewear) and our two upcoming labels (Office & Everyday wear). Create detailed Tech Packs including construction details, measurement charts, and BOM. 2. Sourcing & Fabric R&D Hands-on sourcing of technical fabrics (Scuba, Ponte, Interlock, etc.) and trims from local markets and suppliers. Evaluate fabric performance (stretch, recovery, GSM, colorfastness) to ensure it meets our quality standards. 3. Sampling & Production Coordination Work directly with our in-house cutting and tailoring team to develop initial samples.
