Designation: MARVAL-Value Enhancement Executive. Location - Mumbai-HO. Industry - FMCG. Education- M.Com,MBA (Finance), CA-Inter, Experience -3 years plus. Preference will be given to early joiners. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies­: Project Management. Data analytics. (Strong over Dashboards) High bias for action Good communication skills Stakeholder Management Proficient in Advanced Excel / Power Point (Power BI is a plus) Curious & perseverant. Good analytical skills. Job Responsibilities:- 1. Data Management & Project Excellence Master Dashboard Governance: Design, optimize, and maintain a robust master dashboard to ensure seamless consolidation and real-time tracking of all MARVAL initiatives. Monthly MARVAL Project tracking: Lead the end-to-end process of analyzing, reviewing, and generating the monthly MARVAL Management reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. 2. Advanced Analytics & Strategic Benchmarking Deep-Dive Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel capabilities (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling) to perform deep-dive diagnostic analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimisation & generate value for organisation across entire supply chain Competition Benchmarking : Conduct regular competition benchmarking exercises to identify industry best practices and cost-saving opportunities, generating significant value and "hidden" savings for the organization. Value Generation: Go beyond descriptive reporting to perform prescriptive analysis—identifying specific areas where process improvements or vendor renegotiations can yield higher ROI. 3. Project Validation & Savings Tracking Charter Validation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance and audit-readiness by validating that all implemented projects have comprehensive supporting documentation and analytical evidence stored in a timely fashion. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Ideation Internal & External Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with external & internal to articulate project requirements, aggregate MARVAL data-projects, and ensure external deliverables meet Marico’s quality standards.
