About the Role

We are looking for a Market Coordinator to join our Hotel Suppliers team, based out of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners in the region — managing relationships, driving onboarding, optimising content and rates, and ensuring our supply in this destination is strong, competitive, and growing.

This is a field-heavy, relationship-driven role that requires someone who understands the local hospitality landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage their market while collaborating with a national team.

About the Team

The Hotel Suppliers & Supply Operations team manages Cleartrip's hotel supply across India. We work closely with hotel partners — from boutique properties to large chains — to ensure inventory accuracy, competitive pricing, and strong partner relationships. The Andaman market is a high-priority leisure destination for Cleartrip, and this role is key to our growth strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage hotel partner relationships across Andaman & Nicobar Islands — serving as the primary Cleartrip contact for hotel accounts in the region.
• Drive new hotel onboarding: identify, pitch, negotiate, and activate properties that strengthen Cleartrip's supply in the market.
• Ensure rate competitiveness and inventory availability by regularly engaging with hotel revenue managers and contracting teams.
• Monitor partner performance — occupancy, conversion, content quality — and take proactive steps to improve metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve partner issues, process payments, and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel data: rates, availability, property configurations, contracts, and content in internal systems.
• Support seasonal and promotional campaigns by securing deals, allotments, and offers from hotel partners.
• Track market trends, competitor supply, and pricing in the Andaman region — share insights with the central team to inform strategy.
• Represent Cleartrip at hotel partner meetings, industry events, and on-ground visits across the islands.

What We're Looking For

• MBA from a recognised institution (Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel supply, account management, hospitality sales, or travel industry operations.
• Hands-on experience working with hotels — understanding of hotel contracting, rate structures, inventory management, and revenue basics.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence hotel stakeholders across levels.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with OTA backend systems or PMS tools is a plus.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based, remote market setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Andaman & Nicobar Islands for partner visits and activations.

Good to Have

• Prior experience working in the Andaman market or island tourism destinations.
• Existing relationships with hotels in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
• Understanding of OTA platforms and how hotels manage their online presence and pricing.
• Exposure to supply operations workflows in an online travel or hospitality context.
