Title: Finance Reporting & MIS Professional

We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Preparing MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports
• Analysing P&L performance across products, channels, and brands
• Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs
• Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP
• Handling consolidation, intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready documentation
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions
• Driving reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• CA qualification is mandatory
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A
• Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage
