- Lead Safe & Exceptional Operations
- Oversee daily Terrain Park operations and venue readiness.
- Support terrain feature construction, maintenance, inspections, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures.
- Partner with Grooming, Snowmaking, Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, and Trail Maintenance teams.
- Build & Develop High-Performing Teams across Snow Surfaces
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.
- Develop schedules and staffing plans to support operational needs.
- Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and foster accountability.
- Promote employee engagement, recognition, and professional growth.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Coordinate labor resources across Terrain Parks and Snow Surfaces operations.
- Support budgeting, inventory management, and departmental reporting.
- Monitor terrain quality, operational performance, and guest feedback.
- Support special events, competitions, and resort initiatives.
- Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability Leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience Strong communication and organizational skills Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent
- Terrain Parks, Grooming, Snowmaking, or Mountain Operations Snowcat or heavy equipment operation Workforce scheduling and employee development
