Lead Engineer-Hardware design

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Independently design and develop electronic hardware for Industrial Applications such as Electric Actuators. Design analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits including microcontroller systems, sensor interfaces, power supplies, and signal conditioning. Translate subsystem requirements into robust, manufacturable hardware designs. Lead in schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, tolerance stack‑up, and routing considerations. Perform prototype hardware start‑up, debugging, and functional/performance validation. Conduct detailed analysis and resolution of hardware issues during development and testing phases. Ensure designs comply with EMI / EMC, safety, and environmental requirements by following established best practices. Work closel
