ABOUT US
• Marketing agency in Murfreesboro, TN — almost 10 years in business.
• Digital marketing, marketing strategy, and print and promotional products.
• Clients include local service businesses, nonprofits, and executive peer groups.
THE ROLE
• Main point of contact for 7–10 client accounts, from first conversation to final approval.
• Turn client goals into clear direction for our team.
• Manage our producers alongside two other account managers, with a Monday sync on priorities and timelines.
• Report directly to the owner, with a weekly 1:1 with Wes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily
• Own all client communication; bring in specialists when needed.
• Assign and manage projects and tasks in Asana.
• Answer team questions and relay exactly what the client wants.
• Quality-check every deliverable before it goes out.
• Run the feedback loop until the client is happy.
• Present each team member's priorities in the morning meeting.
Weekly & Monthly
• Lead client meetings, in person and virtual; always have the next one booked.
• Track every project start to finish and update clients at milestones.
• Learn each client's business and goals, then turn them into project direction.
• Build lasting client relationships.
Team Culture
• Check in with the team throughout the day.
• Make sure people feel supported and equipped.
• Have direct conversations about effort, ownership, and workload.
• Bring team feedback to your weekly 1:1 with the owner.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years in account, client services, or project management (agency preferred).
• Strong written communication.
• Confidence leading client meetings.
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Organized across many clients at once; Asana a plus.
• Direct but caring feedback style.
