Adaptability: you're happy working in different branches, with different teams, often at short notice, and you can be flexible on your hours, including some weekends, bank holidays and on-call
Experience in funeral services or bereavement care, a sales or product-advisory role, or Funeral Plan Consultant (FPC) training would be a bonus, but it isn't essential. We'll give you full training. You'll find full details in the job description.
