We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (multiple locations) to lead the on-site execution and delivery of civil projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in civil engineering along with business acumen to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Role 1

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• MBA (Mandatory)

Role 2

Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

• Lead end-to-end on-site project execution 
• Manage construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project risks and execution challenges
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Sound knowledge of construction practices and project management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel and be deployed at project sites as required
